Resepi lazat untuk ESP. performance drink dan meal shake :)

ok disini ada beberapa cara penyediaan ESP yang mudah dan lazat

(1) Resepi Lazat - Asas
  • ESP + Air suam Rasanya seperti air soya buatan sendiri tanpa gula, sedap! Sangat disyorkan untuk individu yang kali pertama/kurang biasa minum protein soya.
  • Performance Drink + Air suam ~~ Rasanya seperti air oren Tang
  • Mealshake + Air suam ~~ Ranya seperti Milkshake McD vanilla.

(2) Resepi Lazat - campuran:
  • ESP + Fresh Milk
  • ESP + Fresh Milk + kurma (blend)
  • ESP + Shaklee MealShake
  • ESP + Shaklee Performance Drink
  • ESP + Shaklee Performance Drink + MealShake Shaklee ~~ TERBAEK!!
  • ESP + Nesvita 3in1
  • ESP + Tropicana Twister
  • ESP + Ribena
  • ESP + any fruit juice ( tembikai, epal, lobak putih, peria, pegaga)
  • ESP + Milo/Horlicks
  • ESP + Sirap bandung
  • ESP + Meal Shake + Aiskrim (buatan sendiri)
  • dan lain-lain... boleh tambah mengikut kreativiti anda

(3) Resepi Favouriteku :
  • ESP + Air suam (apabila PD habis dan kurang rajin, sebab resepi nie paling ringkas)
  • ESP + Tropicana Twiter Orange (terutama bila hari panas/ tengah hari)
  • ESP + Shaklee Performance Drink + MealShake Shaklee ~~ TERBAEK!!
  • ESP + Performance Drink (minuman wajib bulan Ramadhan terutama waktu sahur)
